After submitting your ticket, you should receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes with a tracking number and link
to track the status of the ticket. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam settings.

  • Hotmail users- We have found Hotmail to be less than reliable. We have replied to some of our customers with a Hotmail address from our support accounts, personal email accounts and from Yahoo accounts and they still say they have not received them. We reply to all tickets. If you have not heard back from us, please try using a different email provider (yahoo, msn, etc).
